Roles we commonly hire for

What the work involves day to day
Depending on the role, your day may include answering customer questions, helping with product selection, updating delivery details, following up on installations, or supporting a trainer with programme-related enquiries. Some days are fast paced, especially when orders are moving and customers need quick assistance before a session at home.
We also support customers dealing with load-shedding planning, apartment space limits, and home setups that need careful measuring. In many cases, a good answer saves time and avoids a return later on.

Who fits in well here
We work best with people who are steady, honest, and able to solve problems without making things complicated. You should be comfortable speaking to different kinds of customers, from first-time buyers to experienced fitness users who know exactly what they want.
Because we support homes, small training spaces, and family use, it helps if you think practically. If a customer in Midrand needs a compact setup, or someone in Roodepoort wants help choosing between strength and cardio equipment, you should be able to guide them clearly. Small typo in thinking is not ideal here, so we value people who double-check their work.
